This time I used mainly soft brushes to do the job. I still have fun 🙂

Portraits experiments (02)
Like a lot of people, I’m stuck at home and it gives me the opportunity to draw more than usual. Here’s the second round of my portraits experiments.
Portraits experiments (01)
Hi Everyone,
I’m currently doing some experiments on semi cartoon characters, both in Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo. My first exercise was to draw two portraits with a “light bulb” type. Then I’m having fun doing variations on the features. It takes me a lot of time but I learn some good things.
“Drunken” Robot
This is a Zaku inspired robot who probably had too much of this weird liquor. 🙂 Done in Affinity Designer after a handmade sketch.
UFO
Another UFO themed Illustration done in Affinity Designer. Same workflow as usual, starting with a traditional sketch. It was the second time in a row that I used a 3 points perspective
WIP UFO Robot (2)
Another step, now only the flying saucers are missing.
WIP UFO Robot (1)
This one is taking me a lot of time and effort, that’s why I’m posting a Work in Progress before I reach the end… Same theme and process as usual.
Pacman fanart
Same workflow as usual, I took a recent sketch that I decided to turn into a vector drawing of Pacman. I had to compromise on some features like the ghosts’ faces, and the final look is a little bit “froggy”. After a few adjustments and changes, I turned him into a more classic version. 🙂
