As a comic books fan since I was a kid, I wanted to pay tribute to the King of Comics, Jack Kirby. As I use Affinity Photo for the digital part of the drawing, I also seized the opportunity to test and play with the design kit “Splat!“, made by Frankentoon. This studio sell a lot of very interesting resources, mainly for Affinity products and Procreate. There’s a wide choice of brushes, assets, backgrounds, swatches… It provides user’s manuals, sample files and video tutorial for most of its kits.
